Everyone at home panics if papaya is even mentioned, they say it can cause miscarriage. But i love papaya yaar. Is all papaya bad or only raw one? im in my second trimester. pls clear my confusion.
Beta, ripe papaya in small amount is okay but raw or half ripe papaya we always avoid in pregnancy. Elders have always said the unripe one is not good for these months. To be safe just skip papaya and have other fruits.
