Im just 7 weeks and got a headache that wont go. So scared to take anything this early na because first trimester is delicate. Is paracetamol ok at this stage? will ask my gynac but wanted to hear from u all also.
My mother-in-law was completely against me taking any pills in the first trimester, even for headaches. But when the pain was bad, my doctor said a mild paracetamol is safe. Definitely talk to your doctor before taking it.
First trimester is very delicate, so do not self-medicate at all. Even though paracetamol is safe, call your doctor first and ask them. Don't take any medicines on your own.
Hey, don't stress too much! Paracetamol is generally considered safe, even in the first trimester, but you should definitely double-check with your gynac before popping any pill. It's always better to be safe than sorry, ya?
I had a mild fever in my 8th week and my doctor prescribed paracetamol, which helped a lot. But I was so scared to take it. Did anyone else also feel super guilty taking medicines in their first trimester?
First trimester is already so hard with all the nausea and fatigue, and getting a headache on top of it is the worst. While paracetamol is usually safe, please call your gynac to get the correct safe dosage for your week. Don't suffer in silence!
Honestly, when I had a fever, I just wanted to sleep and eat hot soup, but I had to take paracetamol as prescribed by my doctor. It's safe, but only take it if your gynac says yes. Take care and pamper yourself with good food!
