Paracetamol is generally the one doctors do allow in pregnancy, but please dont self decide the dose. When I had fever my gynac told me exactly how much and when. Just call her before taking, takes two min.

Paracip is just paracetamol, which is the usual safe option they give in pregnancy. But still confirm the amount with your doctor, dont take repeated doses on your own. Better to ask once.
