Whatever you eat, just do it with a happy mind and say a small prayer for the baby. If you crave pasta, make it clean at home, offer gratitude, and eat in limit. God will keep you and the little one healthy, just stay positive.
Arey expensive restaurant pasta is not needed, just buy a packet of Bambino or any local wheat pasta from the kirana shop. Boil it at home with basic veggies and tomato puree. It is cheap, clean, and satisfies the craving without spoiling your stomach.
Oh God, pasta cravings are so real! I make white sauce pasta at home with whole wheat penne and loaded cheese. Just keep the portion in check and enjoy your meal, baby is going to love it!
Actually I ate a lot of red sauce pasta during my second trimester because I couldn't stand ghar ka khana. I had no issues at all but I made sure it was fully cooked and had lots of veggies. Everyone's body is different though!
Honestly, please ask your doctor before eating too much refined flour like maida. I had some severe digestion issues and mild gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, so my gynac strictly told me to avoid white pasta. Safety first always.
I used to have pasta once a week during my pregnancy and had a completely smooth normal delivery! Just make it healthy by adding broccoli, capsicum and paneer for some protein. Keep yourself active and eat what makes u happy.
Look, there is no harm in eating pasta as long as you aren't eating it daily from outside. Switch to durum wheat or whole wheat pasta and toss it with homemade fresh pesto or tomato sauce. Easy, tasty and perfectly fine.
