Is pcos pregnancy high risk?

I have PCOS and just found out I'm pregnant. I'm so happy but also a little worried. Does having PCOS automatically make my pregnancy high risk? What should I be aware of?

Actually, my doctor explained that PCOS can slightly increase the risk of gestational diabetes or high BP. But she also said that if we monitor sugar levels and take the prescribed progesterone support on time, it is highly manageable. So, it is more about extra care than being high risk.
