This is a bit embarrassing but lately i feel like i cant fully hold it and there are tiny leaks when i laugh or sneeze. My period is also late by few days. Is this an early pregnancy thing or am i overthinking?

Frequent peeing is super common early on, thats hormones. Small leaks when u laugh or sneeze also happen later as baby grows. Kegels helped me a lot honestly.
I kept feeling like I had to go to the loo all the time in early weeks, did anyone else feel this? Sometimes a little leak when I sneezed too. Is that normal or should I worry?
For me the constant bathroom trips started really early, even before I tested. I cant say its a sure sign but it happened to me. Everyone is different na.
