I have nausea and someone suggested peppermint capsules, but I am not comfortable taking anything randomly. I am going to ask my doctor, just wanted to know if anyone was told it is okay. Did it suit you?
For my nausea I mostly stuck to plain peppermint or pudina tea which felt soothing. Capsules though I was careful with, since the dose is concentrated. Honestly check with your doc before any capsule, the simple tea version is easier and safer.
I had bad gas and my gynac did okay a peppermint thing for me, but that was after she checked. I really wouldnt say go ahead based on my case. Capsules are different from a cup of tea, so please ask your doctor before taking any.
Peppermint in food or mild tea is generally considered fine, but capsules are a supplement with a set dose, so thats a different question. The safe move is to show the bottle to your gynac and let her okay it. Better than guessing.
For mild gas I trust simple home stuff like pudina water more than capsules. Natural is nice but even natural capsules can be strong, so I always ask my gynac before adding anything. For your case best to confirm with her.
