I used to drink pepsi quite often before and i still get cravings for it sometimes. Now that im pregnant im not sure if a cold one once in a while is ok or i should fully stop. What do u all do?
Please be careful with the sugar in these drinks, I had to avoid them completely because of my sugar levels. Even otherwise its empty calories. Coconut water is a much better swap.
Soft drinks have caffeine plus lots of sugar, so better to limit them. An occasional sip wont harm but daily is not a good idea. I switched to nimbu paani both pregnancies.
