Im around 6 weeks and getting this dull ache exactly like period pain in my lower abdomen. No bleeding so far but it makes me nervous na. Is this kind of pain normal so early? Planning to mention it to my doc.
Mild cramping is very common as the uterus expands. But if it feels exactly like severe period pain or is accompanied by spotting, call your gynac immediately.
