My mom keeps bringing me anar everyday and says its very good for the baby and blood. I do like it but just wanted to know if its actually that good. What do u all think?
Yes pomegranate is great, good for iron and hydration. I ate it as fruit and sometimes fresh juice during both pregnancies. Just go for fresh, not the packaged sugary juice.
Anar is very good beta, it helps with blood and iron and elders always recommend it. I gave my bahu a glass of fresh anar juice in the mornings. Just have it fresh and in normal amounts, it is wonderful.
