I got a faint positive but now im spotting a little and it scared me. Want to understand if early pregnancy bleeding looks the same as a normal period or different. planning to call my gynac but anxious meanwhile.
This is a sensitive one for me. Light spotting is sometimes harmless, but anything heavier with cramps please get checked right away. I am not saying to scare you, just please dont ignore bleeding, let the gynac reassure you.
Usually early pregnancy spotting is much lighter than a period, just a little pink or brown. A full period like flow during pregnancy is not normal and needs checking. So if you are bleeding like a real period, call your gynac, dont wait.
Please take any heavy bleeding seriously, I had a scare and going in quickly mattered. Light spotting can be okay, like implantation, but you cant judge that yourself. When there is bleeding in pregnancy, the safe thing is always to ring the doctor.
