Is pregnancy confirmed after implantation bleeding?
I had a little pinkish spotting for a day around the time I expected my period and read it might be implantation. Now im confused whether this means im pregnant for sure or I still need to test. Pls help, how did u confirm?

My doctor said implantation spotting alone does not confirm anything, it is just a possible early sign. Confirmation comes from a positive test, ideally backed by a blood HCG. She told me to wait a couple of days after a missed period and test, not to assume from spotting.
No, spotting is not a confirmation by itself, lots of things cause light spotting. The real confirm is a urine test, and then your gynac usually does a blood test and later a scan. So treat the spotting as a maybe, then test properly.
