Is pregnancy contagious?

This might sound silly but two of my close friends got pregnant one after other and now everyone in my circle is joking that its spreading. Just curious if theres any actual reason behind so many at same time or its just coincidence.

Haha no yaar, you cant catch it from someone like a cold. Though sometimes it feels like everyone in the office gets pregnant the same year.
