I did the home kit yesterday morning and it showed two lines but the second one was so faint, i had to look twice. Now im confused whether to trust it or wait few more days. Has anyone got a wrong result from these kits?
Dont stress over one strip beta. Use it correctly, first morning pee, wait the full time it says. And whatever the result, a quick visit to gynac will give u peace of mind.
My gynac told me home kits are pretty accurate but they catch the hcg hormone, and early on its still low. She said a blood test (beta hcg) is the real confirm. Kit is just a first step.
Not 100% always. If u test too early it can show negative even when u r pregnant. Wait till ur period is actually late by 3-4 days, take it with morning urine, that gives the clearest result.
With my first I got a faint line and panicked thinking it was wrong. I felt so confused honestly. Did it again after 2 days and it was darker. So sometimes early me result thoda unclear hota hai, retest helps.
Yaar actually false negative zyada hota hai than false positive. Means if it says positive u r most likely pregnant, but if negative aur period still nahi aaya toh test again or just go to doc.
