Someone suggested progesterone cream to me but im not sure if its ok now that im pregnant. I dont want to use anything without knowing properly. Has anyone used it during their pregnancy?
Please be careful with hormone products in pregnancy. Some women genuinely need progesterone support but only under supervision. Do not self start it, call your doctor and ask what is right for you.
I would really not use any hormone cream without asking your gynac first. Even if its sold easily, the need and dose depends on your specific case. Best to confirm with your doctor before applying anything.
Anything hormonal, ask the doctor, simple. I never touched creams or supplements on my own in either pregnancy. If your gynac says yes then fine, otherwise dont take the chance.
In my IVF journey I was given progesterone but it was prescribed and monitored by my doctor, not something I picked myself. Please dont use any cream on your own. Hormonal support should always come through your doctor, it really matters.
