Constipation has been killing me this trimester honestly. My mom suggested prune juice as a natural thing. Does it really help and is it safe to have during pregnancy? pls share if it worked for you.
Constipation was my worst struggle and prune juice genuinely helped. I had a little in the morning. Pair it with enough water and fibre, but dont drink a whole bottle at once, learnt that the hard way.

Prune juice is actually great for constipation which is so common in pregnancy. A small glass helped me a lot when things got blocked. Just dont overdo it or you will be running to the loo, start small.
