Murmura is like my go to snack and i was having it almost daily even before. Now thoda confused if its fine to keep eating in pregnancy or not. Pls share if anyone knows.
Its light but it is a refined carb so it can raise sugar quickly. I had to limit it after my GD diagnosis. If u dont have sugar issues a small bowl is okay, but dont go overboard na.
Murmura is very light beta, good when u feel queasy and cant eat heavy. I used to give bhel or just plain murmura to my daughter when her stomach felt off. Its gentle, just dont eat the very oily masala wala daily.
Murmura is so cheap and easy, perfect for those days u dont want to cook much. I made simple bhel with onion tomato and a little chaat masala. Light, tasty and easy on the pocket, did the job for me.
Puffed rice is light and easy to digest, was great for me during nausea days. But it doesnt have much nutrition on its own. Pair it with peanuts, veggies or have it as a small snack, not a full meal replacement.
Oh murmura saved me during my sick weeks, it was one of the few things I could keep down. So light on the tummy. I just had small handfuls through the day. Try it if heavy food makes u nauseous.
