My doctor actually gave me vitamin B6 for nausea in early pregnancy, so it's commonly used. She said it's quite safe at the prescribed dose and helps with morning sickness. But I'd still say take only what your own gynac recommends.
It's generally considered safe and often prescribed for nausea, but safe always depends on the right dose. I'd never decide a vitamin myself in pregnancy. Just confirm with your gynac and you'll have peace of mind.
Honestly B6 was a lifesaver for my terrible nausea, doctor prescribed it. It did help me keep some food down. But please get it from your doctor and don't just buy it, the dose matters.
All I can share is mine was prescribed by the gynac, I didn't take it on my own. I'm not comfortable saying what's safe for you. Better to just ask your doctor directly.
When my sickness was bad my doctor gave me B6 and ginger water helped a little too. Family suggested many things but I only took what doc approved. Do check with yours, every pregnancy is different na.
