My mom soaks kishmish every night and gives me in the morning, says its good for the baby. I do eat but just curious if its actually fine in pregnancy. Anyone been told the same?

Raisins are healthy but they are quite sweet, so I had to be careful because of my sugar levels. If your sugar is normal, a few are fine. I would just keep the portion small and ask doc if you have GD.
Beta, kishmish soaked overnight is good for iron and energy, we always gave it at home. But just a small handful, not too much because of the sugar. Anything in balance is best.
At home my mother in law soaks raisins and almonds together, says it is good for the baby. I eat a small portion daily and it feels nice. My doctor also said dry fruits in moderation are good.
