My mom has been telling me to soak kishmish and eat it every morning. I do like them but just want to know if its actually fine to have daily. Anyone been told the same?
Beta kishmish is considered very good, my mother always soaked a few overnight and gave them in the morning. Good for energy and iron. Just dont eat too many in one go, a small handful is enough.
Yes they are nice, my family always had soaked raisins as a healthy snack during pregnancy. Just in moderation since they are sweet. If you have any sugar issues, do check with your doctor first.
They are healthy generally but raisins are quite high in natural sugar. I had to limit them because of my sugar levels. If your sugar is normal, a few are fine, but worth keeping it small.
