Rambutan in moderation is fine, it is just a fruit and has good vitamins. Wash it well and dont eat too much at once. Like any fruit, balance is the key.
It is a normal fruit so a moderate amount should be okay. I would just avoid eating large quantities of any one fruit. If you have any condition like diabetes, run the sugar content by your doctor.
We dont get it much here but fruits are generally good in moderation. My gynac always said variety of fruits is healthy, just wash properly. So a few rambutans should be fine, nothing to worry.
