Used to take rantac for acidity before. Ab pregnancy mein gas and burning bohot hai so soch rahi thi le lu. But not sure if its ok now, will check with gynac too. Anyone took it during pregnancy?
I am currently planning my pregnancy and cleaning up my medicine cabinet. My doctor told me to avoid taking over-the-counter Rantac and to always consult her first for acidity relief. Better to be safe from the start!
Heartburn is the price we pay for all those spicy food cravings, haha! But honestly, please don't take Rantac without asking your doctor first. In the meantime, try drinking cold milk or coconut water to soothe the burning naturally.
Acidity medicines are cheap, but taking the wrong one can lead to complications and expensive doctor visits later. Better to ask your gynac during your routine checkup so they can write a safe, affordable antacid on your prescription.
Since I had to manage gestational diabetes, my doctor was very strict about all medicines, including antacids. Please check with your doctor before taking Rantac, as they might suggest safer pregnancy-friendly alternatives like Pantocid.
I felt terrible acidity in my second trimester and wanted to take Rantac, but my doctor advised me to avoid it and gave me a safe gel syrup instead. It is always best to double-check with your gynac before taking any pill during this sensitive phase.
Oh, the pregnancy heartburn is real, feels like you swallowed a firecracker! But jokes apart, please don't pop Rantac like candy. Ask your gynac first because they know exactly which acidity pill is safest for the baby right now.
With my history of PCOS, I preferred to be extremely cautious with any tablet during pregnancy. Rantac should only be taken if your doctor specifically prescribes it, as there are many updated guidelines about acidity meds now. Better to ask them.
