I take a spoon of raw honey with warm water every morning na, used to do it before pregnancy also. Now im second trimester and suddenly wondering if raw wala honey is fine. Pls share if you continued it.
Uff, in my 3rd trimester I am too tired to even think, but I make sure to avoid raw honey just in case. Normal pasteurized honey from the supermarket is much safer anyway. Though honestly, right now I'd rather just have a tub of ice cream!
Honestly, I used to put honey in everything to satisfy my sweet cravings, but my doctor told me to avoid raw honey and just use the normal packaged one. Now that the baby is here, I barely get time to make tea, let alone worry about raw vs processed! Stick to regular pasteurized honey to be safe.
Regular honey is usually fine, but it is better to avoid raw honey to be on the safer side. Pasteurized honey that we get in shops is safe to use. Take care!
Skip raw honey and just buy pasteurized honey from any good brand. Raw honey can have bacterial spores which isn't worth the risk right now. Keep it simple and safe.
Haan, raw honey thoda risky ho sakta hai kyunki usme germs ho sakte hain. Normal packaged honey use karo na, woh pasteurized hota hai aur bilkul safe hai. Risk kyun lena, simple dubaara pack wala dabar ya koi bhi brand use kar lo.
When my nausea was at its peak, warm water with lemon and honey was the only thing that saved me! But my doctor advised me to use regular pasteurized honey instead of raw, unpasteurized ones to avoid any bacteria. Try that, it really helps soothe the stomach.
After going through a long IVF journey, I was extremely cautious about every single thing I ate. Raw honey can sometimes carry bacteria, so it's much safer to stick to processed, pasteurized honey during pregnancy. Sending you lots of positive vibes.
