My MIL keeps giving me raw peanuts every morning saying its good for the baby. I like them but not sure if eating them raw is fine in pregnancy or should they be roasted. Anyone know?
At home we always had peanuts, they give good protein and energy. I prefer roasted or soaked over fully raw though. My gynac was fine with it in moderation.
Peanuts are cheap and good protein, perfect when you dont want to spend on fancy nuts. I soaked them overnight, easier to digest. Worked well for me on a budget.
