I used to have red bull during late work nights before and i havent touched it since i found out im pregnant. But honestly the tiredness is killing me these days. Just wanted to know how bad it really is.
I'd skip it during pregnancy honestly. Too much caffeine and those extra ingredients arent great for the baby. Stick to water, fresh juice, coconut water instead.
My doc told me to avoid energy drinks completely coz they have high caffeine plus other stimulants. Red Bull would fall in that no zone. If you're feeling low energy, better to ask her for safe alternatives.
I get the temptation when tired, but I cut energy drinks out the moment I knew. Way too much caffeine. I switched to a short nap or a fruit instead, did the job.
Please avoid it. Energy drinks have a lot going on apart from caffeine. If you've already had some dont panic, but stop now and mention it to your gynac at the next visit.
