Is right side stomach pain a symptom of pregnancy?

My period is 4 days late and im getting this mild pulling pain on the right side of my lower stomach. Havent tested yet. Could this be an early pregnancy thing or am i reading too much into it?

A mild pulling feeling on the sides can happen early as the uterus stretches. But please dont ignore a sharp or one sided pain, especially with any spotting or dizziness, it needs a doctor to rule things out. I'd get an actual test and a checkup rather than guessing from a symptom.

Side pain alone isnt a reliable pregnancy sign, lots of things cause it like gas or muscle stretch. If you think you might be pregnant, just take a test after your missed period. And if the pain is strong, see a doctor regardless.

I used to read into every twinge too and convince myself of things, haha. Light side cramps can be normal stretching in early pregnancy. But honestly the only way to know is a test, and a sharp pain should always be checked, dont sit on it.

I had this twinging on one side early on and freaked out, but it was just the ligaments stretching, my gynac confirmed. Mild and comes and goes is usually okay. If it gets intense or constant though, get it looked at to be safe.
