Someone suggested rose water in milk for cooling body, but I have only used it on face before. I am not sure about drinking it while pregnant. Has anyone tried this?
In small amounts the edible rose water is okay, i used to add a spoon in milk in summers. Dont confuse it with the beauty rose water though, that one is not for drinking.
Beta a little food grade gulab jal in milk or sharbat is generally fine, we have used it for ages for cooling the body. Just make sure its the edible kind, not the cosmetic one. And keep it small in quantity.
We add a little rose water in our cooling drinks at home and it never caused any issue. Use the food grade one only. If u have any specific condition, just mention it to ur doctor.
Culinary rose water in moderation is considered safe, people use it in desserts and drinks. As long as its meant for consumption, u r okay. For anything in larger amounts, a quick word with ur doctor is wise.
