I just found out im around 6 weeks and i used to jog every morning. Now im scared ki running se koi problem na ho itne early stage mein. Anyone kept running in the first few weeks, was it okay?
Early pregnancy is very delicate. My doctor advised me to avoid high-impact things like running and stick to gentle walks, especially since I had thyroid issues that needed constant follow-ups.
It depends on your fitness level before pregnancy, but check with your doctor first. For my normal delivery prep, I just did brisk walking and it was perfect.
Unless you are a seasoned marathon runner, skip running in the first trimester. Stick to brisk walking and gentle workouts, and get your doctor's approval first.
