Summer heat is too much and I usually add sabja in nimbu pani. Now everyone at home is giving different opinions, some saying cooling is good and some saying avoid. Did any of you take it while pregnant?
Beta sabja in nimbu pani is very thanda for summer and helps with garmi, i took it sometimes. But thoda hi, and soak it well. For anything specific poochho doctor ko.
I used sabja for fiber and to stay hydrated, it sat well with me. Just dont overdo, balance is the thing. Anything new in big amounts, run by ur gynac.
I loved sabja in falooda and lemonade during my pregnancy, felt so cooling in summer. Just in normal amount yaar, not buckets, and always soak properly first.
Sabja itself is fine in small qty, just watch what u mix it with. I had to be careful so i avoided the sugary falooda and just had it in lemon water. Ask doc if ur sugar is being monitored.
At home everyone gives sabja water in summer, my mil also made it for me. It's gentle and cooling. But every body is different so keep it light and follow ur doctor's diet.
