I love adding sabja seeds in my falooda and nimbu paani esp in this summer heat. But now that im expecting i stopped just to be safe. are they actually good or should i avoid? pls share ur experience
Beta sabja is good for cooling the body in summer, we always soaked it first. A little in milk or sherbet is fine. Dont have too much though, and ask ur doctor if unsure na.
I loved sabja in falooda and lemon water during pregnancy, so refreshing in the heat. Always soaked them till they swelled up. Yummy and cooling, just dont go overboard.
Sabja seeds are cooling and i had them soaked in milk or nimbu pani in summer. Just soak them well before eating, never dry. A small spoon is enough, and if you have any concern just ask your doctor.
