Someone told me sabja seeds are cooling and good while trying, but I dont know if it helps fertility at all. I like having it in nimbu pani sometimes. Any Indian moms used it during TTC?
Lots of people ask this. Sabja is a good healthy food, has fiber and keeps body cool, but it's not a fertility magic seed na. A healthy diet overall supports the body, but conceiving depends on many factors. Eat it if u like it, dont expect miracles.
I read about this too while trying. I think it's just a healthy seed, good in falooda and water, but I dont think it specially helps conceiving. I've started just focusing on eating well overall and tracking my cycle instead.
Sabja (basil seeds) are nice for general health, keeps u cool and has some nutrients, but there's no real proof they directly help u conceive. I had them in summer just as a healthy drink. For actual conceiving issues, better to see a doctor rather than depend on seeds.
I wouldnt count on sabja for conceiving honestly. With my PCOS I tried so many natural things and learnt the hard way that they help health but not the core issue. They're fine to eat, but for trying to conceive get ur cycles and hormones checked by a doctor.
