My mom keeps making sabudana khichdi for me saying its light and good during this time. Im in my second trimester. Just wondering if its actually beneficial or just an old belief. anyone?
Yes sabudana is fine and gives quick energy, I had khichdi and kheer often. Just balance it with protein since it's mostly carbs. Good for those low energy days.
Beta sabudana is light and our elders always gave it during fasting and weak days. Sabudana kheer is nice and easy to digest. Just dont eat only that, mix with other foods too.
