Honestly im craving a hot samosa so badly today, the smell from the shop near my house is killing me. But i feel guilty bcoz its all fried. Do u all eat such things sometimes or avoid completely?
Once in a while is okay, just make sure its freshly fried and from a clean place. Too much oily food regularly can cause acidity and add weight. If you have GD or BP, keep it rare and check with your doctor.
I had to be careful with fried stuff because of my sugar levels. So I limited samosas a lot and had small portions only. If your sugar is fine, occasional treat is okay, but watch the oil.
Samosa craving in pregnancy is undefeated yaar haha. I had one occasionally and just balanced it with lighter meals. Fresh and hot is the key, dont eat the oily roadside ones sitting out.
Actually I had samosa cravings like crazy in my second trimester yaar. I just made sure it was hot and fresh, ghar ka was even better. Once in a while bilkul chalta hai, dont stress.
