This is my second pregnancy and I feel more tired than last time, maybe because I am also running behind my toddler. I thought I would be more relaxed but body feels heavier. Did second pregnancy feel harder for you?
Honestly for me the pregnancy itself wasnt harder, but managing a toddler while pregnant was the real challenge. Body showed earlier and got tired faster. Take more help this time, dont try to do it all alone.
Just had my second a few months back. The tiredness hit different because of running after my elder one. But labour was actually quicker for me. Every pregnancy is its own story really.
It varies so much beta, some find the second easier because they know what to expect, some find it more tiring. Dont go in expecting the worst. Just rest when you can and lean on family.
For me the hardest part second time was no rest, with a job and a kid at home. I planned my help and naps better and that saved me. The pregnancy felt similar, the life around it was busier.
My MIL kept saying second one is faster and she was kind of right, my body knew the drill. But I was definitely more tired. Having her around to watch my first really helped me rest.
