My lower back has been killing me for the past week and my period is also late by few days. Havent tested yet but this pain is new for me. Can back pain start this early or am i overthinking it?
For my normal back ache, gentle walking and a warm bag helped a lot, also a small pillow behind my back. But this only for mild stuff. Severe pain i wouldnt manage at home, get it seen first.
I get lower back ache too and it scared me. But mine is more dull, comes when i sit long. Is yours severe severe? Maybe ask the doc just to be sure, thats what calmed me down.
Be careful with severe pain. Mine turned out to be a UTI giving back pain and i had no idea. Please call ur doctor, specially if theres fever or burning while peeing along with it.
Some back pain is part of the journey, the body is adjusting. But severe is a different thing dear. Get a quick check done, better to be safe than keep worrying at home.
Mild back pain haan, very common as the belly grows and posture changes. But you said severe, that word matters. If its sharp or constant please get it checked, dont just assume its normal pregnancy thing.
