We just started trying and there is so much confusing info around. Like does it actually matter how often, or is timing the only thing? a bit lost honestly.
Well for natural conception yes, the timing during the fertile window matters most. Having intercourse around ovulation is what gives the best chance. Apart from that, IVF and other options exist if natural doesnt work.
For most it is the natural route, but I want to gently say there are other paths too. We did IVF after trying naturally for a while. So dont feel pressure, there are options if needed.
