Im in my third month and both me and my husband are a bit nervous about this. We dont want to do anything that could harm the baby. Would really appreciate if women who have been through this can share what they were told.
In a normal healthy pregnancy it's generally considered safe, the baby is well protected. But if you have spotting, pain or any high risk thing, doc advice is best before. Mine gave a clear go ahead at my checkup.
Totally normal and safe if your pregnancy is uncomplicated, dont let anyone make you feel weird about it. Both my pregnancies were fine with it. Only thing, if you notice cramping or bleeding after, then check with doc.
Its a very common question dear, nothing to be shy about. Generally fine when everything is healthy. If your doctor hasnt put any restriction, you can relax.
For me doctor had asked to avoid it in early months because I had some bleeding. So it really depends on your own case. Please just ask your gynac once, she knows your history and will tell you honestly.
