My pregnancy is marked high risk and honestly me and my husband are both confused about this. Dont want to do anything that could harm the baby. Did anyone here go through high risk and ask their doctor about this? pls share.
In a high risk pregnancy this really depends on your specific reason, so please ask your gynac directly. Mine asked me to avoid it during a certain phase for safety. Dont guess on this one, only your doctor knows your case.
High risk means extra caution na, so please dont rely on general advice here. Just ask your gynac plainly, they wont mind the question at all. Whatever they say, follow that.
My doctor explained that for some high risk reasons like placenta issues or risk of early labour they advise against it, while others may be fine. So there is no one answer. Have an honest chat with your gynac about your situation.
