My period is a week away still but since 2-3 days i have this heavy sinus type headache and slight stuffy nose. Could this be an early sign or am i overthinking it lol? Anyone had this before bfp?
Honestly I also had a heavy head and blocked nose feeling early on and I kept googling everything. It turned out my nose stuffiness was a pregnancy thing for me. But dont read too much into one symptom, it made me so anxious.
Same feeling here, my forehead and cheeks felt heavy for days. Are you having any other symptoms also like missed period? Just curious because mine started around the same time.
My head felt like a samosa being pressed in early days haha. Could be sinus could be pregnancy could be both being dramatic. Only the test will tell you the truth, the headache wont confess.
Beta in our time we used to do steam inhalation for sinus, very gentle and it gives relief. But headache is not a sure sign of pregnancy na, every body is different. Do a proper test to be sure.
Headaches and sinus pressure can show up in early pregnancy for many women, but they also happen due to plain weather or cold. Drink enough water and rest. If the headache is very severe or with blurry vision, please get it checked with your gynac.
My doc explained that hormones increase blood flow and can cause nasal congestion in pregnancy, so sinus type headaches do happen for some. She called it pregnancy rhinitis actually. But headache alone is not a reliable pregnancy sign, better to confirm with a test.
