I used to do rope skipping daily for weight before pregnancy and honestly i miss it. Im in my first trimester and not sure agar yeh jumping wala exercise safe hai ya nahi. Doc appointment is next week but tab tak koi batao, anyone continued skipping?
Please don't do skipping without asking your gynac first. Every pregnancy is different and jumping can sometimes cause issues. Better to be safe and stick to simple walking until your doctor gives the green light.
Honestly, skipping is too high-impact and I highly suggest avoiding it. I had some major complications in my pregnancy so I am extra cautious. Please consult your gynac before doing any heavy jumping exercises.
Oh god, skipping sounds so exhausting! I had such bad morning sickness that even standing was hard, so skipping is definitely a big no in my book. Just take rest and do light walks if you feel up to it, don't strain yourself.
When I had gestational diabetes, I had to be very careful with my activity levels. My doc allowed only slow walks after meals, no heavy jumping or skipping at all. Please ask your gynac what kind of safe movement is best for u.
I just delivered my baby boy last month, and my doc strictly told me to avoid any jumping or skipping during those nine months. Walking is way safer and keeps u active too. Don't risk it dear.
