Last two days i feel a bit lightheaded when i stand up suddenly and my period is a few days late. Im not testing yet, kind of nervous. Did anyone else feel dizzy this early before they found out?
Yes mild dizziness can be an early thing, it's the blood pressure and sugar shifts. Eat something and get up slowly. But if you actually faint, that needs a doctor.

Slight dizziness is common, but if it's frequent or you feel like fainting, please tell your gynac. Could be low BP or low sugar that needs checking. Don't brush it off na.
