Is sneezing and coughing harmful during pregnancy?
I caught a cold and have been sneezing and coughing a lot for two days. Every time i cough hard i feel a pull in my belly and it scares me a little. Im 4 months along, is this something to worry about?
Relax, the baby is safe inside, your sneeze cant reach it. I had a cold in both pregnancies. Only thing, dont take any cough syrup on your own, ask your gynac for a safe one.
When I had a cough with my nausea it was the worst combo honestly. But the cough itself doesnt harm baby. Just stay hydrated and let your doc know if fever comes.
Haan I used to sneeze and immediately hold my belly like baby will fly out, lol. It's fine yaar, baby just gets a little jiggle ride. Get the cough checked only if it's not going for many days.
No beta, sneezing and coughing wont harm the baby at all. Baby is very well cushioned inside. You might feel a pull near the belly when you sneeze, that's just the muscles, totally normal.
