I have a bit of cold and im sneezing back to back. Every time i sneeze i feel a little pull in my lower pet and it scares me thoda. 22 weeks now. is this harmful for baby?
Listen to me, your baby is completely safe and cushioned inside your womb, so a little sneeze cannot hurt them. Just support your belly with your hands when you feel a sneeze coming to prevent any sudden muscle catch. Take care of yourself!
Oh god, I used to think my baby would feel like they are in an earthquake every time I sneezed! I even googled if it could cause preterm labor, but my doctor laughed and said it's totally safe. Just be careful not to strain your back when you sneeze.
Sneezing is completely harmless, so don't worry at all! Your body's immunity goes down slightly during pregnancy, making you more prone to mild allergies or colds. Just hold your tummy lightly when you sneeze to avoid that sudden ligament stretch pain.
It is absolutely not bad. I had severe allergic rhinitis while managing my office work, and my doctor said sneezing doesn't affect the baby at all since they are safe inside. Just stay hydrated and get a safe saline spray if it's too annoying.
I sneezed throughout my winter pregnancy and my baby is perfectly fine! Sometimes you might feel a sharp pain in your lower belly when you sneeze, but that's just the round ligaments stretching. It's totally normal, so chill.
