I have a bit of cold and im sneezing constantly, and every time i sneeze i feel a small pull in my lower tummy. Im 8 weeks and probably overthinking but it makes me nervous. Does this happen to others too?
No yaar sneezing wont harm the baby at all, the amniotic fluid protects everything. Sometimes you may feel a little pull near the belly later on, thats just the round ligament. Totally normal, dont stress.
Sneezing is harmless, your baby is chilling in there like in a waterbed. The only danger is sneezing so loud you scare your husband. Relax and bless yourself.
I used to panic every time I sneezed in my first trimester, thinking baby gets shaken inside. But my gynac laughed and said baby is totally cushioned and safe. Honestly it calmed me down a lot to hear that.
