Iam 5 months along and lately i really crave something fizzy, plain water feels so boring. Just soda water no sugar, is that fine to have once in a while? dont want to do anything wrong.
I switched to lemon water and coconut water mostly, felt lighter. Occasional soda is fine but plain water is best for you and baby. For acidity issues better ask your doctor though.
