Is spotting normal during pregnancy first trimester?
Noticed some light pink spotting this morning and i panicked, im just 7 weeks. No pain as such but im really worried. Planning to call my gynac today but wanted to hear if others had this too.
My app literally said light spotting is common in T1 but bright red bleeding, clots or pain means call doctor immediately. I followed that. Note the colour and amount so u can describe it properly to ur gynac.
My mother said small spotting happens to many and not to panic, but I still rang my gynac that day. She did a quick scan and all was well. Stay calm but do confirm with ur doctor, dont just sit at home worrying.
Light spotting can be normal for many, but because of my past loss I never take any bleeding lightly. I always call my doctor the same day, even for a little. Please do get it checked, especially if its with cramps or heavy, just to be safe.

I had light spotting around week 6 and I felt so scared, cried the whole evening. My gynac checked and said it was implantation type and baby was fine. But I am so glad I called her instead of just googling, please do the same.
A little light spotting is common in early weeks for lots of women, happened to me once. But the rule is simple, any bleeding in pregnancy you inform ur gynac. They will tell u if its nothing or needs a scan.
