Been craving something fizzy so badly and sprite sounds amazing right now. But im worried about all the sugar and cold drink thing in pregnancy. Is occasionally ok or totally avoid?
An occasional sip of Sprite is fine if you're dealing with extreme nausea, but don't make it a habit. The high sugar and gas can cause more bloating anyway.
I kept a strict diet and only did walking after my gynac's green light. Soda like Sprite has too much sugar, so I'd say skip it and choose fresh coconut water.
