I have been craving orange squash with cold water in the afternoon. My family says packaged drinks are not good, but plain water feels boring now. Is occasional squash okay or did you avoid it?
The vegetable kind is wonderful and light. But please be careful if you mean the bottled squash drink, the sugar in those is high, i had to avoid it completely after my GD. Stick to the fresh veg version to be safe.
If you mean the vegetable like bottle gourd or pumpkin, yes it's great, light, good water content and easy to digest. I ate a lot of lauki sabzi and soup. If you mean the squash drink, that's just sugary so go easy on it.
Beta lauki aur kaddu jaise squash bahut achhe hote hain, halka khana hota hai aur acidity bhi kam. Soup bana ke piyo. Bas zyada masala mat dalo. Doctor ne koi cheez mana ki ho to wahi suno.
Ok if it's the veggie, totally yes, pumpkin and bottle gourd are so good and you can make them a hundred ways. If you meant the orange squash drink i was craving that too but limited it coz it's basically sugar water, haha.
