My job needs me to be on my feet most of the day and im in my 2nd trimester now. By evening my legs and kamar really start aching. Is standing this long bad for the baby? bit worried.
In my third trimester, even standing for 5 minutes to make chai feels like a marathon! It is definitely not ideal to stand for long as it strains your back and swells your ankles. Treat yourself like a queen and sit down as much as possible, let others do the work!
I had a desk job but had to stand during some long meetings. Honestly, standing for long periods increases back pain and swelling. If your job requires standing, talk to your HR for a comfortable chair or take quick walking-and-sitting breaks. It's totally not worth straining your body.
Standing too long can cause your blood pressure to drop slightly, making you feel dizzy. Since I had thyroid issues, I was already quite fatigued, so my doctor strictly advised me to avoid standing for long hours. Please mention this to your gynac during your regular follow-up to see what they suggest for your specific health.
Haan na, standing for long makes the legs ache so badly! It's better to avoid it as much as possible, especially in the later months. Sit down, relax, and ask your husband or MIL to help with the household work.
Standing too long can cause varicose veins or swelling, which might lead to extra doctor visits and compression socks expenses. To avoid unnecessary medical costs, just take sitting breaks every 20 minutes. It's a free and simple way to keep yourself healthy!
Haan, standing for too long is not good, beta. It can cause swelling in your feet and make you very tired. Please sit down often and keep a small stool under your feet when you rest. Take care of yourself.
