Periods are 4 days late and ive been getting this mild dull ache near my lower tummy on and off. Not painful just there. Did anyone feel this before they found out they were pregnant?
Mild ache can be normal early on. But if its sharp, one sided or with any bleeding, please dont wait and just call your gynac. I learnt the hard way that its better to check than assume.
